Custom Order Voucher – FAQ’S & Policies

Thank you for your interest in Artisan & Lær's Custom Order Vouchers. Below are the most commonly asked questions and important terms to help guide you through the redemption process.

What can I use a Custom Order Voucher for?

Custom Order Vouchers are strictly for use on custom orders only.
They cannot be used on in-store or online items, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to another persons name.

How long is my voucher valid?

All Custom Order Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
You must make both contact and receive a full quote within this time frame to redeem your voucher. Expired vouchers will not be accepted under any circumstances.

IMPORTANT: To be considered validly redeemed, a Custom Order Voucher requires that a booking be confirmed and the applicable deposit paid prior to the voucher’s expiry date. Vouchers that have not met these conditions by the expiration date will be deemed forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

Is there a minimum spend required?

Yes. A minimum custom order spend of $250.00 applies per voucher.

Can I combine multiple vouchers on one order?

No. Only one voucher per person, per order may be used.
However, a single voucher can be applied to a custom order that includes multiple items.

Can someone else use my voucher?

No. Vouchers are non-transferable and must be redeemed by the original recipient.

How do I redeem my Custom Order Voucher?

1. Contact us via the website contact form or private message on social media.

2. Provide a clear, colour photo of the rear side of your voucher.

3. Once verified, we’ll schedule your consultation and issue a custom quote.

IMPORTANT: To be considered validly redeemed, a Custom Order Voucher requires that a booking be confirmed and the applicable deposit paid prior to the vouchers' expiry date. Vouchers that have not met these conditions by the expiration date will be deemed forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

What if I lose or damage my voucher?

You must provide a clear photo or copy of the voucher (rear side) for redemption.
Failure to provide adequate proof of ownership or value will result in forfeiture.
It is your responsibility to keep the voucher safe, legible, and undamaged.

Will I be notified when custom order books open?

Artisan & Lær no longer contacts individual voucher holders.

What if my voucher expires before my booking date?

As long as you have a booked custom order—meaning your booking has been confirmed and the required deposit has been paid before the voucher’s expiry date—your voucher will be honoured, even if the production or delivery of your order occurs after the 12-month validity period.

IMPORTANT: A Custom Order Voucher is only considered redeemed once a booking has been confirmed and the required deposit has been paid prior to the expiry date.

Simply making contact or requesting a quote does not qualify as redemption.

If these conditions are not met, the voucher will be forfeited without exception and cannot be reinstated.

Do I still need to pay a deposit when using a voucher?

Yes. All Custom Order Voucher redemptions follow our standard custom order terms, which include a 50% deposit of your total order value (less the voucher amount) to secure your production slot.
