Minimum Orders:
There is a $200 minimum spend per approved Wholesale order. If you’re needing a small top up order please email me to discuss:

Payment:
Artisan and Laer unfortunately do not accept Wholesale orders on consignment or any other alternative ship to COD arrangements.

All Wholesale orders are Strictly Due on Receipt. Orders/goods will not be made or shipped without full payment up front.

We accept all major cards or secure Direct Debit.

All Wholesale orders are required to be paid in full prior to fulfilment of the order commencing. In any case where the Wholesale order is made up of ready to ship items, the goods will not be shipped until full payment of the invoice has been received.

Wholesale orders can be made up of multiple quantities of multiple products across a range of categories or multiple quantities of the same product.

All Wholesale orders are MTO (Made to Order) specific to each individual, in which a minimum 14 Day turnaround is applicable, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon to supply RTS (Ready to Ship) products.

This time frame is subject to adjustment with each order placed and may carry a shorter or greater period. This will be discussed prior to your order being finalised. Any unforeseen extensions to timeframes during the production process, will always be communicated as soon as I become aware.

Wholesale orders generally will not be sent out until all items on the order are completed and ready to ship, unless otherwise instructed by you.

*Please note, if you do wish to have your order shipped in multiple batches, additional postage fees per separate shipment are charged and postage discounts are not offered.

Shipping:
A flat rate shipping fee of $15 is placed on all wholesale orders. This amount is subject to change. If I am able to post for less I will simply refund you the excess postage. Alternatively, pick-up is available from Calen, QLD 4798 or local drop off to Mackay can also be arranged on a day I am coming to town.

(MTO) Made to Order:
Generally our Wholesale orders are MTO (Made to Order), however we are happy to discuss alternative options on RTS (Read to Ship) products if you perhaps want to trial a new product to see how they attract interest in your store.

Reporting Damaged / Incorrect Order:
Each handmade product undergoes quality checks, however, from time to time, human error can occur, therefore we strongly urge you to conduct your own inspection on all the items in your shipment carefully for defects as soon as your shipment has been received.

Artisan and Laer must be notified immediately via email, within 24 hours of receiving your order if any items are defective, incorrect items have been supplied or items that have been ordered and are missing or have not been sent with your delivery and a backorder notice is not present.

We are happy to issue replacements where the defects are of Manufacturer fault and/or defects, however Artisan & Laer do not take responsibility for damaged items that have occurred during the shipment process. It is a requirement with Artisan and Laer that all Wholesale orders are required to take out additional insurance which covers the total value of the order in the case of damaged or lost shipments. This is non-negotiable, and the additional fees will be discussed and added to your final invoices at the commencement of your order agreement.

We ensure all orders are adequately and carefully wrapped individually in bubble wrap then placed inside rigid packing boxes to ensure their safety. In the unfortunate circumstance where shipments do arrive in a less than satisfactory condition (box busted, squashed, cut, open, etc), a claim must be lodged via the Australia Post claims process and Artisan and Laer notified via email immediately.

Manufacturer defects and/or missing items not reported to us within the above specified timeframe will not be accepted for return and replacement. Any defective items that qualify for replacement are required to be sent back to us with tracking and received or in alternative cases where approved, sufficient tracking which shows the goods have been scanned in, prior to any replacement goods being sent out.

Returns:
Please do not send/return any goods prior to contacting us and discussing with us, your concerns. All items being returned must be in their original packaging, have any original tags etc attached as they were when received and no further damage or soiling. Any returned products found or believed to have been misused, mistreated or incorrectly used will not qualify for a replacement or if agreed, store credit. Artisan and Laer reserves the right to deny any return for replacement should we feel any of the above to have occurred. Please treat your return item just like you would any other product, regardless of their faults.

Resale of Artisan and Laer Products:
You will find our recommended retail price on all of our products on our website. This is a guide and you are welcome to set your own retail price and mark-up, however we strongly advise that all items are sold at a reasonable retail mark-up.

Removing Artisan and Laer Packaging:
All Artisan and Laer packaging is to remain on our products at ALL times. We reserve the right to discontinue wholesale business with anyone reported to have removed our labels and/or reported to be using their own labels in place of the A&L labels.

Terms & Price Changes:
Whilst we always do our best to keep our customers up to date where possible, please note that changes to any of the above, updates to pricing, changes to minimum order requirements or to discontinue styles, sizes, colours etc, we may do so at any time without notice at our own discretion.

Sale Items:
We may choose to run promotional sales at any given time at our own discretion. Any of these sales or discounted items running on the Artisan and Laer website or social medias are unique to A&L only. A&L sales and/or discounted items are not offered on Wholesale at any discounted rates as advertised by us during these promotions or sale periods.

Application to Wholesale:
To further ensure we are only selling to true retailers and online businesses, we ask all potential retailers to complete our wholesale application form. We will carefully review and those businesses approved will receive confirmation via email.

Artisan and Laer reserve the right to deny and approve businesses we believe will fit in with the Artisan and Laer branding, and also discontinue wholesaling to any businesses who are found to not adhere to any of the listed terms and conditions, as we pride our brand and product quality highly and only want the best for our small business.
