Hi, my name is Kylie Chapman and I am the proud owner & maker of Artisan & Lær.

Artisan & Lær is a small, Family owned business, that I run from my workshop on our property in the rural town of Yalboroo, in Central Queensland, to which our little family of three also call home.

A&L actually began as Kit 'N' Kaboodle, back in 2019, where I handcrafted mainly jewellery and other small leather goods. Fast forward to October 2020, where I rebranded and Artisan & Lær was born!

I expanded A&L's range of leather goods to cater for all kinds of criteria ranging from fully tooled journal covers, inlay belts, wet moulded knife pouches, spur straps & horse tack, to a fully exclusive custom order service, where ordinary people can have extraordinary leather products.

I have always had a passion for all things leather, ever since I was young. This passion grew when I moved to the Northern Territory in 2014 where I went contact mustering full time.

Fast forward 16 years and here I am!! I have my own successful Leather business and have learned the necessary skills required to produce quality leather goods.

The rewards are bloody amazing!! Nothing makes me more happy than seeing my products a Customer has purchased being used at work & home or the smiles those prizes I have created and sponsored as prizes at events bring to peoples faces. It truly touches my heart!!
