Shipping & Returns

At Artisan & Lær, Australia Post is our preferred postal service.

All orders will be packed and shipped from Calen QLD 4798, every Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

Orders must be placed by 2pm the day prior to make our allocated shipping days. Otherwise, your order will be shipped on our next shipping day.

RATES

**IMPORTANT** ALL Postage only covers for loss/damage on orders up to $100 (This includes free/flat rate shipping). We also recommend purchasing extra insurance to cover your full purchase value. Artisan and Laer will not be liable, should your purchase be damaged/lost in transit.

- $12.50 flat rate Standard Postage with Tracking for orders up to $250.

- $18.50 flat rate Express Postage with Tracking.

- $10.60 flat rate Standard Postage with Tracking for Small Items (Earrings).

- FREE Local Delivery to ALL Local Orders. This Free service is ONLY available to those who live local to the Calen and Mackay Region. Any orders that inappropriately select this free postage option (If your delivery address is outside this region), you will be manually invoiced for Standard Postage and a $15 Administration Fee will automatically be applied to your total Invoice payable. NOTE: Orders will not be shipped until invoices are paid in full (Fees included). This Fee is not negotiable. (THIS HAS ALSO BEEN ANNOUNCED ON OUR SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES).

*NOTE: The FREE Complimentary service is ONLY available on days where we are coming to Mackay. Unfortunately, special trips outside planned trips are not available with this service. If our planned dates do not suit and/or you require your order by a specific date, please select from one of our Standard Postage options.

INSURANCE

ALL standard postage only covers for loss/damage on orders up to $100 (This includes Free/Flat Rate Shipping). We highly recommended selecting postage + insurance in the Shipping option at Checkout. Artisan & Lær will not be liable, should your purchase be damaged/lost in transit if you choose not to insure your order for it’s full purchase value (Less Postage). Postage Insurance is calculated at $2.50 for every $100 over $100. Orders over $500 automatically come with signature on delivery.

ESTIMATED POSTAGE TIMES

Arrival times are estimations ONLY, and may be subject to delays due to current COVID 19 conditions. Please contact your local postal service provider for any postage queries.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. It will include your unique Tracking ID and a link to the Australia Post website where you can track your parcels location and estimated arrival date.

In the instance an order has already been posted, you must contact Australia Post immediately to have your order redirected to the correct address.

Artisan and Laer hold the right to withhold orders, until all outstanding invoices have been paid in full. By completing the checkout procedure on our website, you are agreeing to pay all and any outstanding invoices, including additional charges and/or fees.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Artisan & Lær are not responsible for any potential customs delays or import taxes that may be applicable to any purchases made. This is solely the responsibility of the buyer. It is highly recommended you check with your local customs departments prior to making a purchase, to ensure our products are authorized in your region if ordering from outside Australia.
