Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions

Before purchasing or using a Gift Certificate from Artisan & Lær, please take the time to read the following important terms:

Purchasing Gift Certificates

• Digital Gift Certificates are available for purchase on our website in a range of preset values.

• Upon purchase, Gift Certificates will be delivered via email either to the purchaser or directly to the recipient, as specified at checkout.

• The email will contain a unique redemption code and instructions for use.

Using Gift Certificates

• Gift Certificates can only be redeemed via our website.

• If the purchase total is less than the value of the Gift Certificate, the remaining balance will stay on the Gift Certificate and can be used for future purchases until the expiry date.

• If the purchase total exceeds the value, the remaining balance must be paid using one of the available payment options on our website.

• Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase:

  • Other Gift Certificates

  • Custom-made items

Returns & Cancellations

• If an order placed using a Gift Certificate is cancelled or returned, the portion paid via Gift Certificate will be refunded as a store credit only.

• Store credits carry the same expiry date and conditions as the original Gift Certificate.

• Store credits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be reissued with a new expiry date.

Expiry & Validity

• Gift Certificates are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

• Expiry dates cannot be extended or modified.

• Any unused balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.

• Gift Certificates are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in part or in full.

• They are valid online only at www.artisanandlaer.com.au.

Lost, Stolen, or Misused Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates should be treated like cash.
Artisan & Lær is not liable for the loss, theft, or unauthorised use of Gift Certificates or codes. Lost, stolen, or fraudulently used certificates will not be replaced or refunded.
