Minimum Order Requirements

A minimum spend of $200 applies to all approved wholesale orders.
If you require a smaller top-up order, please reach out to discuss possible options.

Payment Terms

Artisan & Lær does not offer consignment or COD (Cash on Delivery) arrangements for wholesale orders.

• All wholesale invoices are due upon receipt.

• Orders will not be commenced or shipped without full upfront payment.

• We accept all major credit cards and secure Direct Deposit.

If your order includes ready-to-ship (RTS) items, goods will not be dispatched until full payment is received.

Order Structure & Turnaround

Wholesale orders can consist of multiple quantities across various product categories or bulk quantities of a single item.

All wholesale orders are Made to Order (MTO) and tailored to each individual client. A minimum 14-day turnaround applies, unless otherwise agreed upon for RTS items.
Exact timeframes will be confirmed prior to finalising your order and may vary depending on current workload. Any unexpected delays will be communicated as soon as they arise.

Unless otherwise requested, wholesale orders will be shipped once all items are complete.
If you prefer your order to be shipped in multiple batches, additional shipping charges will apply per separate shipment. Please note, postage discounts do not apply in these cases.

Shipping & Delivery Options

A flat rate shipping fee of $15 applies to all wholesale orders. This is subject to change based on final order size and packaging requirements. If shipping costs less, the difference will be refunded.

  Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  Each handmade product from Artisan & Lær undergoes a thorough quality check before dispatch. However, as each piece is crafted and packed by hand, occasional human error can occur. We strongly recommend inspecting your shipment immediately upon delivery.

  If your order contains any of the following:

  • Defective or faulty items

  • Incorrect items

  • Missing items that are not marked as backordered

  You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment by email at artisanandlaer@outlook.com.au. Claims received after this timeframe will not be eligible for review, replacement, or correction.

  Manufacturer Faults vs Shipping Damage

  We are happy to issue replacements for items with manufacturer defects. However, Artisan & Lær is not responsible for damage that occurs during the shipping process.

  All wholesale orders are required to include additional shipping insurance to cover the full value of the shipment. This is a non-negotiable condition of purchase. Insurance costs will be discussed and added to your final invoice at the time of order confirmation.

  We take every precaution to ensure safe delivery by individually wrapping items in protective bubble wrap and using rigid packing boxes. In the rare event that your parcel arrives damaged (e.g. torn, squashed, cut open), a claim must be lodged directly with Australia Post, and we must be notified by email immediately.

  Return Requirements for Defective Items

  If a defect is confirmed and qualifies for replacement:

  • Items must be returned with tracking, or

  • Sufficient proof of return lodgement (e.g. scanned tracking number) must be provided before replacements are issued.

  Returns Policy

  Please do not return any items without contacting us first. All returns must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any tags, as received

  • Items must be clean, unused, and undamaged (beyond the reported defect)

  • Items that show signs of misuse, mistreatment, or incorrect handling will not be eligible for replacement or store credit

  Artisan & Lær reserves the right to refuse any return or replacement if the returned item does not meet the above criteria. We ask that all items, including those with faults, be treated with care during the return process.
  
  Resale of Artisan & Lær Products

  All Artisan & Lær products feature recommended retail pricing (RRP) as listed on our website. These prices are provided as a guide only, and you are welcome to set your own retail prices and mark-ups. However, we strongly encourage all stockists to price items reasonably and in line with the value of handmade, small-batch products.

  Product Packaging & Branding

  All original Artisan & Lær packaging, tags, and branding must remain intact on products at all times.
  We do not permit relabelling or the removal of our branding for any reason. Businesses found doing so may have their wholesale account revoked without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue wholesale relationships with any stockist who violates this condition.

  Terms, Pricing & Product Updates

  While we aim to keep our wholesale partners informed of any changes, Artisan & Lær reserves the right to update pricing, minimum order requirements, product availability (including styles, sizes, and colours), or terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

  Promotions & Sale Items

  Artisan & Lær may offer promotional pricing or run sales via our website and social media platforms from time to time.
  Please note:
  Wholesale partners are not entitled to promotional discounts or sale pricing advertised during these events. These offers are exclusive to direct retail customers only and do not extend to wholesale accounts.

  Wholesale Applications

  To ensure we partner with aligned businesses, all prospective wholesale clients must complete our Wholesale Application Form.
  Applications will be carefully reviewed, and successful applicants will be notified by email.
  Artisan & Lær reserves the right to approve or deny applications at our discretion, and may discontinue wholesale access if a stockist is found to be in breach of our terms and conditions. We are committed to protecting the quality and integrity of our brand and product range.
